Shipping

All items are shipped USPS or FedEx. If an item arrives damaged send us a message at [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit (upon availability).

Please note the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Shop Baucey as items are shipped by USPS and FedEx. Shop Baucey is not liable for items damaged in transit but we'll do our best to send out another item or issue store credit.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.
